Connecting both Monitors/Troubleshooting inputs

Missing 2nd monitor | Monitor unresponsive | Not recognizing monitor | Only one display working| HDMI out not working

 

In this video we go over how to connect your monitors on a TESmart Dual Monitor KVM. We also demonstrate how the video inputs (From computers) flow to the outputs (Monitors).

DP inputs send video signal to Display 1 (Left Monitor) HDMI inputs send video signal to Display 2 (Right Monitor).

Input A sends video to Display 1 (Left Monitor) Input B sends video to Display 2 (Right Monitor). 

 

Each computer needs both video connections for the dual monitors to work. You may need adapters to get the second video connection, check out our adapter page for approved adapters.
